01Project description

The aim of the project is to develop a solution for verifying the quality of the input material used for SLS 3D printing (PA12 powder - polyamide-12), which will enable the replacement of off-line laboratory analysis with at least atline measurements. The result of the project will contribute to reducing downtime and ultimately eliminating the need for manual sampling and ensuring compliance of the output details from the SLS 3D printing process with the specification at each production cycle.

The project will be carried out by a scientific and industrial consortium composed of 3D Bistro Sp. z o. o. (Project leader) and the Industrial Research and Development Center (consortium member). The project leader specialises in the production of 3D printing, and the scientific partner is a scientific unit specialising in research in the field of material engineering, chemistry, physics and electrical engineering, including automation and robotisation of industrial processes.

The project is executed in connection with the agreement for co-financing of project No. POIR.01.01.01-00-0791/21-00 in the framework of Smart Growth Operational Program 2014-2020, Measure 1.1: R&D projects of enterprises, Sub-measure 1.1.1: Industrial research and development work carried out by enterprises.
